Benjamin Lawton

Benjamin has been involved in real estate related industries for approximately 10 years. He began his career as a Real Estate Appraiser and then moved into Commercial Banking. The background combination of both appraising and banking give Benjamin a deep understanding of the entire real estate process. Whether it’s identifying a property, determining a properties market value range, or knowing what is needed to finalize the deal, Benjamin will be your advocate.

In partnership with Ken Lawton, who also happens to be his father, you can expect nothing but honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Benjamin and Ken’s specialty is Investment Grade properties. As a team, they know how to effectively market and negotiate a property they have listed, as well as identify and maximize your return on investment on a property to be purchased.

On the personal side, Benjamin has a degree in Business Management and attended the University of Central Oklahoma. He is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma and is married to Becky. During his free time Benjamin enjoys playing golf, going to the lake, restoring his historic home, and being with family and friends.
