Ken Lawton

Ken Lawton is Director of Investment Properties for Coldwell Banker Commercial Hocker & Associates. Prior to joining our team, Ken was a Commercial Banker for 33 years. He has a Bachelors Degree from Oklahoma State University in Banking/Finance and an Accounting Degree from Tulsa University.

Ken is a native Oklahoman, born and raised in the Oklahoma City Metro Area and attended Putnam City Schools. Ken has been married to Joan for 40 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Ken offers a unique perspective to the Commercial Real Estate market through his considerable banking knowledge. His experience in Commercial Real Estate lending in particular, will offer valuable insight in the real estate transaction.
